The club's board asked police to issue a no-trespass order to the Ferry Road man. Police talked to the man, who said he understood and would comply.

2:10 p.m. – A Tower Hill resident called to report an "unwanted subject" at her apartment. Police talked to the unwanted subject, who said she was there to retrieve a computer. The resident said she had the computer and would return it but had called police because the other woman was banging loudly on her door and had gone to the landlord's for a key to the apartment. Police returned the computer to the other woman and the two women agreed to not contact each other.

4:29 p.m. – Police arrested Jeffrey M. Arnone, 52, of Riverview Drive in Richmond, for driving while intoxicated and refusing to take a breath test, after police were notified to be on the lookout for his truck because of erratic driving. Police stopped Arnone on Ten Rod Road and he smelled of alcohol so police asked if he'd been drinking. He said he'd had two beers in Westerly but also said he'd taken "some pills" during the day for a medical issue. Arnone took a field sobriety test and failed. He took a preliminary breath test which showed a blood alcohol level of .146 percent (the legal limit is .08 percent). Arnone was taken into custody. At the station, he refused to take an official breath test, but during processing he told police he'd taken two Valium pills in the past hour.

9:36 p.m. – A Weaver Road resident told police her friend, who was staying with her, was being bothered by her soon-to-be-ex-husband. She said the man had arrived looking to talk to her friend. When told he could not, he became upset. The friend talked to her husband briefly and got him to leave. The Weaver Road resident wanted the incident documented for future reference.

9:46 p.m. – Police arrested Erin Nicole Reams, 30, of Montrose Street in East Greenwich, for driving while intoxicated after she was stopped while driving on Post Road. Because she appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, police asked her to take a field sobriety test. After failing the test, she blew a preliminary blood alcohol breath test of .210. The legal BAC limit is .08. She was taken into custody. At the station, Reams's first official breath test was .193; a few minutes later it was .199 blood alcohol content. At this point, she was processed and later released with a District Court summons and two moving violations.
