Mr. Soules, who has been an auctioneer and appraiser for more than 30 years, conducts charity events throughout the U.S. He has also appeared since 1999 as an on air appraiser in decorative arts, silver and collectables on the PBS television program “Antiques Roadshow.” Mr.Soules, formerly of North Kingstown, specializes in 18th, 19th and early 20th century furniture, paintings, Shaker and silver items $10 per item, 3 items for $25
