Much Ado About Nothing: Join Shakespeare scholar Helen Whall of the College of the Holy Cross in a discussion of the Shakespeare comedy “Much Ado About Nothing” at the North Kingstown Free Library. Copies of the play will be available at the Circulation Desk if you would like to read it in advance. Friends of Ron Stabile concert: A free concert featuring many students, friends and colleagues of Ron Stabile from his many years as a teacher and performer takes place Saturday at 8 p.m. at URI. Donations will be accepted to help raise money for the Ron Stabile Scholarship at URI.

Gary Burton in concert: A jazz concert featuring star jazz vibraphonist and jazz fusion master Gary Burton, to benefit the Ron Stabile Percussion Scholarship, takes place Sunday at 3 p.m. at URI. Don't miss this chance to hear Burton, whose memoir about the jazz scene in the 60's and 70's has just been published. Held in the URI Fine Arts Center Concert Hall.
