Jackie Cole is a recent graduate of the University of Rhode Island's journalism program. She has written for a variety of publications, including URI's Good Five Cent Cigar, the Chariho Times and the online fashion publication GiovanniStyle.com.  She has written about everything from annual meatball suppers to Akon concerts to zoning board meetings to zebra-print stilettos and everything in between.
