Brooke Constance White, Neighbor

Brooke was born far away in Washington State but moved to the east coast when she was four years old. She grew up in Westerly and was homeschooled all the way from first grade through high school. Brooke is a junior at the University of Rhode Island and is pursuing degrees in Journalism and English. During the school year she is a reporter for URI's student newspaper The Good 5 Center Cigar. She has been a contributor for GoLocalProv and most recently has been freelancing for Patch.

When not reporting or writing a story, she can be found:

1. Running long distances

2. Daydreaming about being just like Julia Child one day

3. Playing in the ocean

4. Laying about in tall grass with bare feet laughing and smiling with friends
