Woman Ordered to Probation for Machete Threat
Kelly Anne Sherman, 26, is ordered to serve three months probation after pleading to domestic charges related to a machete.

Kelly Anne Sherman, 26, of 425 Broad St., Cumberland, pleaded no contest on Dec. 14 to North Kingstown police charges of domestic disorderly conduct and domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone. Superior Court Associate Justice Melanie Thunberg ordered Sherman to serve six months probation, to complete domestic abuse counseling and to pay $430 in assessments.
