  ‘Tis the season for Christmas lights, visits to Santa, poinsettias and awkwardly master the etiquette of holiday tipping. So who do you tip, who do you not tip and what is a proper amount for a holiday tip? Who Do You Tip The first thing to keep in mind is that “holiday tips” are way of thanking the people who provide you services year-round – such as babysitters, housecleaners, dog walkers, hairdressers, etc. According to Mahalo.com, it’s correct to tip “anyone who makes a regular appearance” at your home.
