North Kingstown Man Pleads to Burger King Assault

The attack on another resident left the victim with fractures to his sinuses and his hard palate, along with a broken nose, fractured cheek and fractured jaw.

WAKEFIELD – A North Kingstown man pleaded on Tuesday in Washington County Superior Court to a charge of felony assault against another resident at Burger King and was ordered to pay more than $8,000 in medical costs. Cody Cirelli, 18, of 1275 Old Baptist Road, North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of felony assault. In return for his plea, a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed. Superior Court Associate Justice ordered Cirelli to pay $8,381.58 in restitution to the victim for medical costs. Cirelli was also ordered to complete a mental health program and to pay $550 in assessments. If Cirelli does not follow the terms of his plea, a five-year deferred sentence would be enforced. A no-…

One man pleads to a charge of issuing a bad check, and two more are ordered to pay costs for driving violations.

WAKEFIELD – The following cases were heard Thursday, Oct. 28 in Fourth Division District Court: Ross Ricciarelli, 25, of 46 Maple St., South Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of issuing a fraudulent check. He was ordered to serve one year of probation and to pay $273.87 in restitution to Quaker Lane Outfitters. Michael A. Pamula, 21, of 15 Spindrift Drive, Saunderstown, pleaded no contest to a South Kingstown police charge of driving with a suspended license. He was ordered to pay court costs.
