Smith's Castle

<p>Built in 1678, Smith's Castle is one of the oldest houses in the state and on the site of Roger Williams' original trading post. Along with being named a National Historic Landmark, Smith's Castle has the honor of being an archaeological site.</p>
<p>Today, it serves the community as a house museum including tours and activities. Smith's Castle also houses private events, such as weddings, on its 23 acres overlooking Narragansett Bay.</p>
