Brenda is wonderful! For many years I have bought clothes from her. She really knows how to put together an outfit and has been encouraging everytme I have gone in there! I come out looking like a million bucks and get compliments everywhere I go!

Do not enter this establishment unless you want lung cancer, fake purses or disrespect. If you are looking for high-end luxury brands...Brenda doesn't sell any. What she does sell is fake Chanel, Versace and Louis Vuitton...Coach bags -- those are questionable. And speaking of questionable, don't ask Brenda if her products are Authentic...she will sing you a tune "Authentic, Authentic why do people always ask this, can't you tell? Can't you?" Ahhhh...yes Brenda, I can tell. Buyer beware.

Long ago when i first moved to NK, I brought Jazzy a very nice group of items - all from upscale merchants and all dress/professional items, i never recieved a check for any items sold. Since that time I have brought comparable lots to consignment shops and have gotten very fair returns. The shop windows with the pastel bunnies and bears give me a wince every time i pass by....maybe time for a makeover???

I've visited this establishment on several occasions and received poor customer service each time. The shop REEKS of cigarette smoke, and the owner is belligerent and rude.
When I asked Brenda; the owner, about the ticket prices on her handbags and if the price is adjusted based on the length of time it's in the store, her sarcastic remark was "I don't understand your question, the bag will sell for $65." As other shops not far from her, all ticket prices are based on the date the item is consigned and lessens over time a certain percentage.
I've shopped at many consignment shops throughout the northeast and have to say, her merchandising, items and overall quality are below standards. The selection in Salvation Army is much better as is the service.
Maybe it's time to "hang up" Jazzy Boutique, your "16 years in business" is long overdue for retirement.
