Set aside your beach blankets and coolers — the North Kingstown Arts Council Family Summer Concert Series is coming!

All shows start at 6:30 p.m. and are held at the North Kingstown Town Beach, 

Here's an early look at the schedule this year:

July 10- Ben Rudnick and Friends- You asked for them… and this amazing band is back. Ben Rudnick & Friends delivers interpretations of favorite, classic songs combined with get-up-and-dance original tunes, incorporating their adventurous, high-energy blend of happy, upbeat acoustic music.  Smoothly slipping in and out of musical genres from bluegrass to swing, rock and folk to jazz, Ben Rudnick and Friends are guaranteed to entertain young and old alike. Fun for all!  

July 17- Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys

Boston-based singer-songwriter and children's performer, Vanessa Trien, has become a local rock star among the young and young at heart. The "Nessa Groupies" sing and dance in the aisles at her packed shows with her lively band, the Jumping Monkeys. Vanessa’s magical energy  makes all of her shows super fun!

July 24- Stacey Peasley- Professionally performing for over twenty years, Stacey Peasley decided to combine her love of teaching and music to develop a lively act that engages children and creates memorable sing-alongs! Stacey’s music maintains a broad appeal with families of all shapes and sizes and will become a favorite in your car, home and school

July31-  Toe Jam Puppet Band  

Back by POPULAR DEMAND!!!  Toe Jam Puppet Band offers a special brand of hand-on children's entertainment that grown-ups can actually enjoy. The performances are very active, encouraging kids and parents to sing and dance along with the band as they entertain with a unique combination of original songs, masterful shadow puppetry, storytelling and just plain old good fun.
