Nominate This Year's Teacher of the Year

Know of an inspiring, dedicated teacher in North Kingstown? Sing their praises and nominate them for the 2013-2014 NK Teacher of the Year Award.

The North Kingstown School Department is seeking nominations for the coming year's award. Nominate a teacher who:

• is exceptionally dedicated, knowledgeable and skillful;
• inspires students of all backgrounds and abilities;
• demonstrates their beliefs that all students can learn;
• has the respect and admiration of students, parents, administrators and colleagues;
• plays an active and useful role in the community as well as in the school;
• and is poised, articulate and possesses the energy to withstand a taxing schedule.

Nomination forms (attached above) must be submitted to the Assistant Superintendent's Office by 4 p.m. on Monday, April 22. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
