After an eight-run rally in the final inning to beat Mount St. Charles 9- on Sunday, the North Kingstown Skippers softball team remains undefeated.
The team now sits with a 12-0 record at the top of the Division I standings and leads the league in both points scored and defense, with opponents scoring just 17 runs against them.
Only Lincoln, who has held opponents to 24 runs this season, comes anywhere close.
The team next plays Woonsocket on Tuesday at Ryan Park followed by a game against Warwick Vets at Warwick Veterans High School on Wednesday.
