Providence Man Indicted in North Kingstown Assault
David Love, 30, has been indicted on one count of first degree sexual assault and one count of procuring alcohol for a minor.
The Washington County Grand Jury indicted David Love, 30, Thursday on one count of sexual assault and one count of procuring alcohol for a minor.
Love allegedly sexually assaulted a woman on Aug. 24 in North Kingstown. Love is also said to have provided alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. North Kingstown Police investigated the case.
Love is set to be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on Nov. 14. He is currently released on $10,000 surety bail.
