Poll: Should Kimberly Fry Get a New Trial?

Kimberly Fry was convicted of murdering her 8-year-old daughter last month. Should she have a new trial?

On Nov. 4, the Office of the Attorney General announced that Superior Court Judge William Carnes Jr. has , who was convicted last month of second-degree murder in her 8-year-old daughter's death.

after roughly five hours of deliberation. In August 2009, Fry strangled her daughter, Camden, after the 8-year-old girl refused to take a bath.

Fry returned to the courtroom for the hearing on Nov. 10. The hearing has been continued to Nov. 14 to allow the state's attorneys to review new exhibits to the case.
