National Perscriptiion Drug Take-Back Day

On Saturday, April 30, the Rhode Island State Police will be joining efforts with the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and local law enforcement agencies to remove potentially dangerous controlled substances from medicine cabinets. Collection activities will take place from 10 a.m. through 2 p.m. at sites established across the country. In North Kingstown, the site will be the Wickford State Police Barracks located at 7875 Post Road. They can be reached at 294-3371 or 3372.
