A wrap-up of court activity.

WAKEFIELD – The following cases were heard in Fourth Division District Court:

  • Joshua C. Dyson, 27, of 804 Alton Backroad, Apt. #2, Charlestown, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving while intoxicated, second offense. He was ordered to pay a $400 fine and $710.50  in assessments, and to serve 30 days at the ACI followed by 335 days probation and a 335-day suspended sentence. Dyson was also ordered to surrender his license for a year and to take alcohol abuse treatment.
  • Denise Collins, 61, of 56 Spring St., Apt. #2, East Greenwich, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving while intoxicated. She was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $725.50 in assessments, to complete 40 hours of community service, to surrender her license for three months and to attend DWI school.
  • Kate C. Taito, 20, of 34 Edmond Drive, North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a charge of driving while intoxicated. She was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $725.50 in assessments, to complete 20 hours of community service, to surrender her license for three months and to attend DWI school.
  • Michael L. Pepper, 40, of 67 Walnut St., Johnston, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving while intoxicated. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $680.50 in assessments, to complete 10 hours of community service, to surrender his license for three months and to attend DWI school.
  • Michael Charles Campbell, 45, of 32 Morgan Court, North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving while intoxicated. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $680.50 in assessments, to surrender his license for three months, to complete 10 hours of community service and to attend DWI school.
  • Nicole Sheri Voudren, 36, of 120 Dogwood Drive, Apt. #302, West Warwick, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving while intoxicated. She was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $725.50 in assessments, to complete 20 hours community service, to surrender her license for three months and to attend DWI school.
  • Ramzi C. Kikano, 39, of 216 Shannock Village Road, Richmond, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown charge of reckless driving, which was amended from driving while intoxicated. Kikano was ordered to pay a $500 fine and to surrender a driving license for 30 days.
  • Alvin A. Robinson, 48, of 140 Laurel Lane, West Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of leaving the scene of an accident. He was ordered to serve a year of probation, to pay unspecified restitution and to complete 20 hours of community service. An additional charge of driving while intoxicated was dismissed.
  • Jacob Nicholas Najas, 21, of 25 Catalpa St., Seekonk, MA, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of possession of marijuana. He was ordered to make a $200 donation to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund, and the charge will be filed for one year.
  • Teddy Lymberopoulos, 45, of 187 Point Judith Road, Narragansett, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of possession of marijuana. He was ordered to serve a year of probation and to complete 20 hours of community service.
  • Chelsea Bishop, 26, of 629 Camp Ave., North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to Charlestown police charges of disorderly conduct and vandalism. The charges will be filed for one year, on the condition that Bishop continues with mental health counseling. An additional charge of resisting arrest was dismissed in return for her plea.
  • Alfred Lefone Rivers, 22, of 982 Main St., Third Floor Apartment, Pawtucket, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of obstruction. He was ordered to serve a year of probation and a one-year suspended sentence.
  • Ronald Richard Suggs, 36, of 160 Broad St., Providence, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of making obscene phone calls, which was amended from disorderly conduct. He was ordered to serve six months probation and to undergo mental health treatment. A no-contact order between Suggs and a North Kingstown woman was quashed.
  • Ronny Gonzalez, 35, of 237 Cottage St., Apt. #1, Woonsocket, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving without a license. He was ordered to pay a $250 fine.
  • Toni M. McKiernan, 19, of 5 Nichols Road, North Kingstown, entered an Alford plea to a North Kingstown police charge of shoplifting. The charge will be filed for one year, and a no-trespass order was enacted between McKiernan and Kohl’s.
  • Jedidiah L. Burgess, 24, of 35 Updike Ave., Apt. #2, North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving with a suspended license. He was ordered to pay a $250 fine unless he provided proof of license reinstatement by May 10.
  • North Kingstown police charges of assault and disorderly conduct against Krystle E. Rivera, 20, of 58 Lenox Court, North Kingstown, were dismissed. According to court records, Rivera completed 20 hours of community service.
  • A Narragansett police charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor against John W. Barrall, 19, of 185 Ferry Road, North Kingstown, was dismissed. According to court records, Barrall made a $150 donation to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund.
  • A Narragansett police charge of using a fake ID against Christina A. Sayles, 20, of 12 Fairway Drive, North Kingstown, was dismissed. According to court records, Sayles made a $150 donation to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund.
  • A North Kingstown police charge of driving with a suspended license against Kevin M. Taylor, 45, formerly of 286 East Ave., Pawtucket, and now of 395 Broadway, Pawtucket, was dismissed. According to court records, Taylor provided proof of license reinstatement.
  • A North Kingstown police charge of driving with a suspended license against Tara J. Bevans, 23, of 79 Hoxie Road, Richmond, was dismissed. According to court records, Bevans provided proof of license reinstatement.
  • A Narragansett police charge of concealing a knife with a blade greater than three inches against Jacob P. Clauson, 19, of 408 Walmsley Lane, Saunderstown, was dismissed. According to court records, the facts of the case didn’t substantiate the charge.
