WAKEFIELD – The following cases were heard in Fourth Division District Court:
- Andrew J. Hammond, 50, of 352 Shore Acres Ave., North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving while intoxicated. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $805.50 in assessments, to complete 10 hours of community service, to surrender his license for 30 days, to attend DWI school and to submit to alcohol screening.
- Joseph J. Buhler, 28, of 116 Ewing Road, North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving with a suspended license. He was ordered to pay a $250 fine.
- Gina M. Alviti, 21, of 212 Woodridge Drive, North Kingstown, pleaded no contest to a North Kingstown police charge of driving with a suspended license. She was ordered to pay a $250 fine on March 29, unless she provided proof of license reinstatement beforehand.
