CORRECTION On Tonight's Chamber Meeting

THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC MEETING. 

Intro to Qigong: David Hamel of Narragansett will give an overview of the principles behind Qigong (pronounced “chee gong”) and lead participants through some simple exercises at the NK Free Library. Qigong is a practice of aligning breath, movement and awareness. The benefits of practicing qigong can be improved health, concentration and outlook. The exercises are not strenuous, are easy to remember, and can be done well by all fitness levels and ages. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. 6:30 p.m. Please register.

Conservation Commission meeting: On the agenda, the panel will discuss its role regarding future projects. Town Hall Annex, 55 Brown St. 7 p.m.
