State Police Log: Two NK Residents Arrested This Week

The following arrests were provided by the Rhode Island State Police's press releases.

• On Monday February 25, 2013, at 2:02 AM, a lieutenant and troopers arrested Joseph Silva, age 21, of 6101 Post Road, North Kingstown, RI, for 1.) 3rd District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on a charge of driving without a license originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks and 2.) 4th District bench warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on a charge of driving on a suspended license originating out of the Charlestown Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 117 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
• On Saturday February 23, 2013, at 4:26 pm, a trooper arrested Donetta M. Hall, age 41, of 101 King Phillip Street, North Kingstown, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay for the charge of operating with a suspended license originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 403 in the Town of North Kingstown. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Women's Intake Center.
