Police Searching for Funny Money Suspects

Police said the suspects used fake $20 bills at the North Kingstown Staples and Walmart. Do you recognize them?

Detectives at the North Kingstown Police Department are asking the public to help them identify a man and woman who allegedly passed counterfeit money at two local stores.

Police said the man and woman used counterfeit $20 bills to make purchases at Walmart and Staples in North Kingstown. 

A third suspect is also wanted but did not appear in store security images.

The first suspect is a tall black male with a dark colored beard. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, black baseball hat with a red brim and a yellow "P" on it.

The second suspect is a black female with shoulder length black hair. She was wearing blue jeans, a tan coat and tan shoes.

The third suspect is a light skinned average build black man in his 20s. He was wearing a puffy jacket and has corn rows. 

Police said the suspects made purchases at the two stores on March 14.
