NK Police Log: Teen Went on Wall-Punching Spree Prior to Arrest

The following information was supplied by the North Kingstown Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Police Find Campsite Built by Teen

A resident called police after one of her children found a campsite in the neighborhood where a local teenager was reportedly staying. The woman allegedly went to the camp, which was unoccupied at the time, and found several bottles of alcohol – including a large bottle of vodka and several beer bottles. Equipment at the site indicated that someone had been sleeping there. When police arrived at the site, they said it appeared someone had been backing it up. Police did not find anyone at the site, but did find a Dunkin Donuts receipt that was time-stamped within the past hour. Officers seized the remaining campsite equipment, including a cooler, folding chair, cooking set, hatchet and blankets.
