NK Police Log: DUI Suspect's Car Found on Top of Snow Bank

Narragansett Woman Charged With 

Michelle L. Fisk, 34, of 88 Ninigret Rd., Apt. A in Narragansett was arrested Feb. 21 at 9:20 p.m. on charges of domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

Police responded to the intersection of Annaquatucket Road and Fairway Drive for a reported assault. They found the supposed assailant, Fisk, attempting to drive south on Boston Neck Road at the end of Annaqatucket. According to reports, Fisk had arrived at a home on Annaquatucket because she believed her ex-boyfriend to be there.

Fisk allegedly began repeatedly knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell. According to reports, Fisk admitted to entering the residence uninvited as her ex answered the door. She allegedly began yelling at him. According to the victim, she attempted to punch him multiple times, but he was able to block her strikes. Police noted that the victim did not have any visible injuries from the assault.

As police put Fisk under arrest on charges of domestic assault and disorderly conduct, she allegedly said, “I’m gonna put a hit on his head.” She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance.

Teen Charged With DUI Crashed Car On Top of Snow Bank

Alexandra L. Scuncio, 19, of 331 Woodbine Street in Cranston was arrested Feb. 22 at 4:15 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence and cited for refusing to take a chemical test.

Police located Scuncio’s car on top of a snow bank of West Allenton Road. Though the car appeared to have sustained heavy frontend damage, neither Scuncio nor her passenger was injured. Scuncio allegedly could not explain how the accident happened, but told officers it was not due to speeding. While speaking with her, police noted that her breath smelled of alcohol and she appeared to be under the influence.

After allegedly failing her field sobriety test, she was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving. At the North Kingstown Police Department, she refused to take a chemical test.
