Timothy John Miller, 45, of 27 McCarthy Blvd. in Narragansett, was arrested Sept. 12 at 2:11 a.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license and drunken driving.

Police pulled Miller over in his Jeep Cherokee with plates registered to a green Pontiac with a suspended registration. When police asked Miller for his proof of insurance, registration and license, Miller allegedly said, “I don’t have any of those.” Miller allegedly told officers he had just bought the Jeep and put his girlfriend’s plates on the car.
