NK Father-Son Duo to be Arraigned on Robbery Charges

A father and son from North Kingstown have been arraigned on robbery charges.

 

A father and son from North Kingstown will be arraigned today by the Rhode Island State Police on multiple charges of robbery.

Robert Greer, 61, and his son Robert Greer, Jr., 31, both of 690 Lafayette Rd. in North Kingstown will be in court at Third District Court and arraigned on two counts of second-degree robbery, two counts of larceny and conspiracy.

According to the Rhode Island State Police, the pair committed robberies in Exeter on July 28, 2012. The State Police Wickford Barracks and Detective Bureau investigated the incident.

In addition to the charges from the State Police, the younger Greer expected to be arraigned by the North Kingstown and East Greenwich Police Departments in connection with robberies in those towns.
