Murder Victim's Family Applauds Heroes, Calls Killer 'Animal'

The family of the late Terry Chiodo released the following statement.

The family of the late Terry Chiodo, a Portsmouth woman who was fatally stabbed early Wednesday morning shortly after boarding a RIPTA bus, released the following statement. The victim's estranged husband, Christopher James, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with her death.

The Texas family of Terry Chiodo wish to thank the heroes who grabbed the animal who murdered our family on the bus, who risked their lives to apprehend that murderer. You will be hailed in Texas and by us as heroes, who do not stand by and witness assaults on women in public and in private. Texas stands by you in this as well as millions of women who have been abused.

To the Lt. Col. Raymond Studley, we express our thanks for your condolences to our family. To those who witnessed the dark events that morning, be strong, for your eyes will place this animal in a prison cell for the rest of his natural life. Life is fragile; it is to be respected, and be lived to the fullest, helping your own and others around you. Steel your hearts to the task at hand, this animal deserves no pity, nor comfort, for the deepest pit in hell awaits this bastard.

To the Governor Lincoln Chafee, our thanks to you for your condolences. They are appreciated. Out understanding of the predicament you face — the conviction of this animal without a benefit of a death penalty, whom this case is certainly a case for a death sentence. This animal is lucky he was there instead of in Texas committing this crime, for he would have died in agony in a hail of gunfire on the bus. We who hold conceal permits would not have had this come to pass in our presence.

A quote comes to mind, “The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherd the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison My brothers. And you will know My name is the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon thee.”

Say hello the the devil when you get there, you bastard, you who think that you had the right to judge others. The deepest level of hell awaits you; buried in ice till the crack of doom comes, the judgement of our lord.
