One Warwick man had two run-ins with the law in less than a week.

Just a week prior, . Along with a DUI charge, Fracassa was hit with a possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) charge and multiple roadway violations.

After his second arrest, Fracassa was brought to Rhode Island Hospital for observation and later arraigned and released on $1,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Third District Court on Tuesday, Aug. 21 for charges from both the NKPD and RI State Police.

I question the wisdom of releasing this guy for a second time. What is the definition of "danger to society?" Perhaps a third charge is the charm.

so why is he still driving....yank his license....lock him up and dry him out before he kills someone!

Only in RI would a second DUI not include the charge of driving without a license. Rhode Island really needs to get it's act together when it comes to DUI offenders.
