Drive-By Shooter Fires Rounds into Orchard Street Residence

Police charged Roberto Escaler with six counts of assault with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle.

charged a 35-year-old man with assault after he allegedly shot seven rounds of ammunition into an Orchard Street home on Sept. 5 at about 9:30 p.m.

Six people were in the building at the time. No one was hurt during the shooting, according to reports from the department.

He turned himself in! The guy who killed his girlfriend a few weeks ago also turned himself in. We need to hire more police.....

Did you ever stop to think that maybe the Police knew exactly who they were looking for as soon as it happened? Therefore Mr. Escaler knew it was only a matter of time before he ended up in custody. The same could be said for the other clown who was being sought for the murder. Maybe we should eliminate the PD and hope for the best?

Stop kissing butt this guy walked right in to the cop shop we need to cut all city workers by 20% by the way he will be out on bail soon.

So sad.A family men,hard worker,good person,somehow things went so wrong w/himself that it had to come to this.How fast one can chance? He is lucky not to have killed or hurt anyone .For the sake of his family I hope that being in prison teaches Him how to live again, a Normal life! It goes on and it is too short to be spent living in misery causing others the same.May you find Peace and let others be in Peace!!!
