According to police, Roby allegedly used Susan Sundlun's debit card and wrote checks on Sundlun's account for Roby's personal expenses without consent or authorization from November 2010 to August 2011. Additionally, Roby allegedly forged Susan and Bruce Sundlun's names on checks and deposited them into her own personal account, deposited Susan Sundlun's unendorsed paychecks into her account and charged her Verizon cable television, internet and phone bill to East Greenwich Photo.
