Thomas E. Dodd of North Kingstown passed away April 24 at home_. He was 68 years old. He leaves behind his wife of 45 years, Patricia M. (Johnstone) Dodd. and his children Thomas, David and Christine.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Herman and Agnes (Emond) Dodd. He was a retired letter carrier for the US Post Office and was also a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the US Army.

Aside from his wife and children, Dodd leaves behind brothers Robert and Donald Dodd and grandchildren Brandon, Crystal and Mackenzie.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. at . Burial with military honors will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery in Exeter.
