Simone G. Carter (Levesque), 72, of North Kingstown, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2014. She was the wife of the late E. Berkley Carter. Born in Topsham, ME, she was a daughter of the late Aldorien and Marie (Lajoie) Levesque.
Mrs. Carter was the owner of New England Turf Farm in West Kingston. She leaves three sons, James W. Gooding of Richmond, Thomas A. Gooding of Providence and Michael S. Gooding of Charlestown; two brothers, Paul and Richard Levesque both of Sebattus, ME; two sisters, Lauraine Caraway of Richmond, ME and Pauline Levesque of Ft. Myers; nine grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
A Memorial Service will be Friday, May 9, 2014 at 11am in the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904 or to the charity of your choice will be appreciated.
