MORRIS, Marilyn O. (Hart) Tully, 81, of North Kingstown, formerly of Jamestown, died peacefully on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Kent Hospital. She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Morris, Sr. Born in Gardner, MA, she was the daughter of the late Maurice H. B. Hart and Olga S. (Pharnes) Hart.
Mrs. Morris was a Clerk for the Town of North Kingstown Board of Canvassers and a Librarian at Jamestown Public Library until her retirement. She was a Communicant of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Jamestown.
She leaves her loving children: Sanford H. Tully and his wife Elizabeth of North Kingstown, Sheryl Thornton of CA, Lady Amazon Brown of Hope Valley, Olga McMaster of RI, Nancy Deniger of WA, Barbara Brown and her husband David of Exeter, Thomas J. Morris, Jr. of FL, and Maximilian Morris of NY. Cherished grandmother of 20 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 11:00 am in THE CRANSTON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME of WICKFORD, 140 West Main Street, Wickford Village, North Kingstown. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to the North Kingstown Animal Shelter, 395 Hamilton Allenton Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852 will be appreciated.
