Obituary: Lucille Willett, 85

Lucille I. Willett of North Kingstown passed away at home on Sunday, Dec. 23. She was 85 years old. Born in Warren, she was the daughter of the late Warren C. and Irene B. (Caron) Willett. 

Willett was the owner and cook of the Dutch Door Restaurant for 13 years, retiringin 1973. She worked as a cook at Jerry's Restaurnt on Main Street in East Greenwich for 17 years.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Richard Willett, Gerald Willett, Martha G. Dragon, Lois G. Piela, Estelle M. Ferruolo and Theresa J. Jigginbottom.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, Dec. 29 at 10 a.m. in St. Kevin Church, 333 Sandy Lane, Warwick. Burial will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Calling hours respectfully omitted.
