Obituary: Edward R. Harrington, 87
Edward R. Harrington of North Kingstown passed away this weekend at the age of 87.

Services have been set for Edward R. Harrington, who passed away April 29 at home. He was 87 years old.
Husband of the late June C. (Healey) Harrington, he is survived by his son Mark S. Harrington and his wife Barbara, grandson Dameon P. Harrington and great granddaughter Audrey. He was also the brother of the late Claire Healy.

Harrington had been a career Navy veteran and was also a retired clerk from the US Post Office. Additionally, he was a member of the Fleet Reserve and the Knight's of Columbus.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. at in North Kingstown. Burial military honors will be in the Rhode Island Veterans' Cemetery in Exeter. Calling hours will be hold Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hill Funeral Home in East Greenwich.
