Rabies Clinic

On April 14, 2012  Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association, along with volunteer Veterinarian Dr. Balmforth from the North Kingstown Animal
Hospital, North Kingstown’s Animal Control Officer Holly Duffany and the Friends of the North Kingstown Animal Shelter will hold our annual Rabies Clinic at the North Kingstown Animal Shelter, 395 Hamilton Allenton Road, North Kingstown, RI. All are invited. This is on a Saturday, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 pm, so most folks can take advantage of this off-work day. All dogs, cats and ferrets are invited along with their parents. Dogs must be on leashes and cats/ferrets in a carrier. The state law mandates that all dogs, cats and ferrets be regularly inoculated against rabies. To receive a 3 year shot,
owners must have current up-to-date vaccine certificate. There is a small $15.00 fee, cash only. As always, we thank you, and our furry animal friend’s thank you for all your care and support. See you all on April 14, 2012.
