URI Music Presents: Manabu Takasawa, "Piano Music from the World."

Concert pianist and URI associate professor Manabu Takasawa performs music representing five continents (North and
South America, Asia, Europe, Africa) plus Australia from composers ranging from
Chopin and Piazzolla to Nigerian composer and ethnomusicologist Joshua Uzoigwe.
Part of URI’s “Diversity Week” offerings. With Michel Muller, percussion.

Tickets $12 general admission, $7 students.
