EDAB - Market Analysis Public Input Meeting

The
Town of North Kingstown hired 4Ward Planning to complete a community-wide
market analysis.  There will be an EDAB meeting on Wednesday, November 20th
at the North Kingstown Senior Center.  During the meeting, a presentation
by 4Ward Planning is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. to discuss the market analysis
effort and to solicit public input regarding economic and business
development.  4ward Planning will share some preliminary findings from a
real estate supply and demand analysis, that will help to answer questions such
as:

Can
North Kingstown support more restaurants?

·              
What
types of retail uses are in demand in North Kingstown?

·              
What
other market opportunities are available for North Kingstown?

In
addition, there will also be an anonymous live poll within the meeting to get
your opinions on the future of North Kingstown.  This will be accomplished
through the use of key pad polling devices.
