Today's temperature will hover in the 30s, resulting in the snow changing to a snow-sleet mixture at times.

The heavy, wet snow coupled with the high winds could pose a problem today into tomorrow. The National Weather Service has also issued a wind advisory for the area as winds are expected to jump to 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. These winds may be strong enough to take down tree branches and power lines, which could mean power outages.
