It's hard to believe someone gave this cat up. Missie, a one-year-old cat with a heart of gold, was given up by an owner who no longer wanted to care for her.
When you meet this cat, you'll understand why this baffles us. Missie is super sweet, but not overly affectionate. Don't let her fluffy gray fur fool you: Missie is in fact a very petite cat.
Missie was recently spayed and came to the with a baby kitten, who is still at the refuge. She is also up-to-date on her shots and has tested negative for feline leukemia and AIDS.
