Rain, rain go away. We've been scouring Wikipedia for a the anti-rain dance, but to no avail. Instead, we thought we'd just give you today's Five Things To Know.

  5. Today marks the 64th anniversary of the 228 Incident, in which thousands of Taiwanese citizens were killed following an uprising that was violently suppressed by the Kuomintang. The uprising was in response to the Kuomintang's (the Chinese National Party) White Terror period in which thousands of Taiwanese citizens vanished, died or went missing.
