Five Things: Story Hours, Strawberries

Town Council meeting: Among the items on the agenda are approval of a request from the School Committee for $600,000 to turn Davisville Elementary School into an alternative learning center. At Beachwood Senior Center at 7 p.m.

Storytimes: You can attend storytime at Davisville Free Library on Mondays and Fridays at 10 a.m., or come to Willett Free Library for storytime and a craft Monday afternoons at 3:45 p.m.

Strawberry-picking season: You can pick your own strawberries at Schartner Farms. Call (401) 294-2044 for the times.
