5 Things: Vote Today, New Vice Chair & Trivia Night

1.  The North Kingstown Parades Committee is inviting local residents to take part in a special flag raising ceremony at the town beach today at 8 a.m. for Patriot Day. Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the event.
