5 Things: Town Council, Wickford Art & More

Five things to know for Jan. 28.

1.  The North Kingstown Town Council meets tonight at 7 p.m. at Beechwood Center. On the agenda, the council looks to confirm prior appropriation of $350,000 to expand/remodel the North Kingstown Free Library, discuss the approval of a new fire boat, see a presentation from Fit2Cook4Kids and more. Check the full agenda here.

2.  Feel like belting some tunes this year? Join the North Kingstown Community Chorus. Registration and the first rehearsal of 2013 is this Tuesday at SMH-Quidnessett Elementary School from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Learn more here!
