  2. The are holding an open house tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. The program teaches young adults (ages 14 to 20) how to sail, swim, scuba dive along with other aquatic activities. The cookout kicks off tonight at the East Greenwich Yacht Club at 10 Water St.

  4. The North Kingstown High School girls softball team heads to Chariho today to take on the Chargers at 4 p.m. Chariho leads the division with its 12-2 record while North Kingstown sits in third with 8-7.
  5. It's going to be a muggy day here in Rhode Island. Temperatures will be in the 70s throughout most of the day as afternoon thunderstorms are expected. Tomorrow, we'll have some clouds in the morning but it looks like we'll actually see some sun as highs stay in the mid 70s.
