5 Things: Dunkin' Donuts, School Committee & Festival of Lights

Five things to know for Nov. 27.

1.  The NK Zoning Boards meets tonight at 7 p.m. to decide the fate of a proposed Dunkin' Donuts outside Wickford Village.  The meeting, originally scheduled at town hall, has been moved to Cold Spring Community Center.

2.  The North Kingstown School Committee also meets tonight at 7 p.m. at the high school. On the agenda, the committee will discuss maintenance proposals for remaining bond funds and an RFP for food services. Click here for the full agenda.

3.  Curt Columbus, artistic director at Trinity Rep, will be at the North Kingstown Free Library Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. for a special program – "The Importance of Theatre." Click here to learn more and register for this program.

Tonight: a chance of rain before midnight followed by a chance of showers with lows around 30. Tomorrow: a slight chance of snow before 10 a.m. followed by possible rain and partly sunny skies with highs near 44.
