5 Things: Council Meeting, Books & More

Five things to know for Jan. 13.

1.  The North Kingstown Town Council meets for the first time in the new year on Monday at 7 p.m. at Beechwood Senior Center. Check the agenda here.

2.  On Tuesday, the North Kingstown School Committee meets at 7 p.m. at North Kingstown High School. The superintendent will present his recommended budget for the upcoming year.

3.  "What's That Book Worth?" is back! Head over to the North Kingstown Free Library on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. as rare book dealer Ray Rickman offers his thoughts and insights in this interactive "Antiques Roadshow" style program. Bring two books for a free evaluation. Please register for this event.
