  1. Casey Farm will be bringing the farm to the library today with its . Representatives from the farm will be at the North Kingstown Free Library for a presentation slideshow, display of various bird eggs and an appearance from Dominique (a Casey Farm chicken) and her chicks.)   2. The bird theme continues at the library as the URI Master Gardeners host a lecture on . Rosanne Sherry will show a slideshow and lecture on how to create a wildlife habitat for birds right in your backyard. Starts off at 7 p.m. Please register for this program by calling 294-3306.
  3. The NKHS boys volleyball team will square off against Barrington High School tonight for a scrimmage match. Games starts off at 6:30 p.m. at the NKHS gym.
  4. Today marks the first anniversary of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig disaster in the Gulf of Mexico as well as the 12th anniversary of the shooting at Columbine. On a happier note, 99 years ago Fenway Park had its first opening day.
  5. It looks to be another gray day here in Rhode Island. Clouds, fog and light showers will permeate most of the day as temperatures hover in the low 40s. Tomorrow, the sky will open up a bit for partly cloudy conditions as temperatures skirt back up into the 50s.
