Night two of the North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce and The NorthEast Independent's candidate forums starts tonight at 7 p.m. The 4 candidates for School Committee will go on at 7 p.m. followed by the House and Senate candidates at 8 p.m. Members of the public may submit questions for the candidates by emailing mpughe@northkingstown.com. All forums will be held in the NKHS auditorium.
2. A vicious dog hearing is scheduled today at noon at the North Kingstown Police Department. Learn more here.
3. The Route 2/102 visioning group meets tonight to look at five development options that were presented at the past workshop meetings. Runs from 6 to 9 p.m tonight in the cafeteria at Wickford Middle School.
