5 Things: Budget Hearings, School Committee & State Poet

1.   Public hearings for this year's budget are scheduled for tonight at North Kingstown High School. The town budget hearing starts at 6 p.m. followed by the school side at 7:30 p.m.

2.  Tomorrow, the North Kingstown School Committee meets at North Kingstown High School at 7 p.m. The committee will hear a presentation from Barbara Jackson of the North Kingstown Foundation, discuss the contract with Jamestown and more. Read the full agenda here.

4.  Rep. Doreen Costa will be at the Davisville Free Library tonight at 7 p.m. . Light refreshments will be available.
