Community Update

I called & made an appointment for 9:30 July 4. For a manicure n pedicure.I was on time and they were 45 minutes behind. Jen convinced me to have the gel manicure because it was supposed to last for two weeks I reluctantly agreed because I had had the same service at another salon and notice my manicured shipping within a few days instated this to Jen and she assured me it would last for two weeks. Four days later on July 8 my manicure started to chip and it was peeling away layers of my nailbed on the following day I went to the salon asking if they could do anything for me. It was Jen who I spoke to directly at this point and she stated that they could give me the regular manicure and it would cost me another $10 to take off the polish that they put on and then if I wanted to have my nails done I would have to pay for another manicure I stated that I live really close by they did not seem to take this into account there were four girls in the salon non-of which had customers I walked out of there very unhappy if you want to decent manicure don't go to the salon
